Kotikäyntejä 1-2 krt/päivässä:

✅ 30-60 minuutin kotikäynti kotonasi

✅ Avain luovutetaan tutustumiskerralla. Mikäli tutustumiskerta on kaukana varauksen alkamisesta, avaimen luovutus lähempänä ajankohtaa mielellään Leppävaaran alueella.

Talonvahti:

✅ Yöpyminen kotonasi tai oleskelu asunnolla koko päivän. Vietän siis asunnolla noin puolet päivästä. Mikäli toivot pidempää kuin puolen päivän oleskelua, se on keskusteltavissa. Teen hybridityötä ja joudun käymään työpaikallani muutamana päivänä viikossa. Tämän lisäksi minulla on oma kissa, joten minun on käytävä myös kotonani päivittäin.

❌24/7 oleskelua asunnolla en voi tarjota. 

✅ Talonvahdissa toivon asunnolta seuraavaa valmistelua: toimiva internet, puhtaat lakanat ja pyyhe sekä aamiaistarvikkkeet (esim. kahvi, hedelmiä)

✅ Raportoin aamuin ja illoin

✅ Avain luovutetaan tutustumiskerralla. Mikäli tutustumiskerta on kaukana varauksen alkamisesta, avaimen luovutus lähempänä ajankohtaa mielellään Leppävaarassa.

House visits 1-2 times per day:

✅ A visit to your home, length 30-60 minutes

✅ Includes giving food, water, cat litter, playing activities, a walk and other minor tasks per request. After every visit I will send the Pawshake report.

✅ Key is handed over at the meet and greet. If the meet and greet takes place well prior to the start of the booking, the key can be handed over at a later date in the Leppävaara area.

House sitting:

✅ Overnight at your home or spending the entire day at your home. This means I spend half of the day with your pet. Requests for additional time are negotiable. I work in hybrid mode so I will need to visit my office a few times a week. In addition, I have my own cat so I need to visit my home every day.

❌ I am unable to offer 24/7 supervision.

✅ For overnight stays, I request the following preparations from the pet owner: working internet connection, clean sheets, a towel and small breakfast (e.g. coffee, fruits)

✅ A report in the morning and in the evening

✅Key is handed over at the meet and greet. If the meet and greet takes place well prior to the start of the booking, the key can be handed over at a later date around Leppävaara.
