Hi! I'm Monika - an animal lover and certified specialist in pet prosthetics and orthotics, so caring for animals is not just my passion, it's my profession. I am experienced dog caregiver with over 15 years of hands-on experience living and working with different breeds and characters of pets 🦮🐩🐈🐾

Originally from Croatia/Slovenia and now based in Finland, I run Repaw Pet, manufacturing mobility aids helping pets regain mobility and live happier, pain-free lives.

Through my life, I've shared my home with:

Mixed terrier, Mixed samoyed, Golden retriever, Black russian terrier, 2 American Staffordshire terriers

Currently, I have a well-trained 6-years old female Amstaf, Kaylee, who is energetic, intelligent, and loves to work. With her, I've done extensive training in:

Training her has thought me a lot about dog beahviour, communication, and mental stimulation, and I bring that knowledge into every dog I care for.

When your pet is with me, they'll get more than basic care: plenty of attention, gentle handling, enrichment and calm, safe environment. Me, my boyfriend (also dog lover) and our dog live in Rekola, Vantaa in detached house with fenced yard, so there's space for relaxed outdoors, walks, sniffing advantures, and cozy naps.

Whether your dog loves long walks, slow senior strolls, or extra patience and care, I'll make sure they feel safe, understood, and loved ❤️ I am also comfortable of handling strong and energetic breeds as well as working breeds such as german shepherds, belgian malinois, border collies etc.

Besides English, Croatian and Slovenian I speak dog language 🐶 I strongly believe they communicate through body language, and I pay close attention to their signals to make them feel safe and relaxed.
