I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was about 7 years old. Growing up, I spent a lot of time with my grandmother’s cat, and later my family had an American Cocker Spaniel who was a big part of my life. We also had two hamsters, so I’m comfortable caring for small pets as well.

Over the years, I’ve also pet-sat for friends — looking after both dogs and cats — which helped me gain experience with different personalities, routines, and needs.

I also have hands-on experience with different dog breeds, including German Shepherds, Samoyeds, and Norwich Terriers, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.

I always focus on making pets feel safe, calm, and understood, whether that’s through play, walks, feeding routines, or quiet companionship.

I tailor walks and activities to each dog’s needs — from longer, more active walks with enrichment and play for energetic dogs, to slower, shorter, and more relaxed outings for senior or calmer pets. Walks are usually 30–60 minutes, but I always adjust based on the dog and the owner’s instructions.

If a pet is shy, anxious, or has a strong personality, I stay patient and calm, give them space, and follow their pace. I focus on building trust gradually and keeping their routine consistent so they feel secure.

I also keep owners regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel at ease while you’re away.
