Hei there! 👋 I’m a 30-year-old architect from India who has been calling Helsinki home for the past three years. When I’m not sketching buildings or playing music, I’m usually daydreaming about my two fluffy Pekingese dogs back in New Delhi — Eevee (the wise mom) and Vulpix (the forever puppy). They’re probably still convinced I went to buy treats three years ago. 

My motivation to pet sit is simple: I miss having paws around! I grew up surrounded by dogs and have taken care of Eevee’s litter of three tiny chaos-machines, as well as my friends’ cats and dogs back in India. I even helped my ex (and her two cats!) in France — yes, love makes you scoop litter boxes in foreign lands. We also used to volunteer at animal shelters, and I’ve realized one thing: animals just make life better.

Here in Helsinki, I live in a spacious apartment close to Kivikko forest — a perfect spot for long walks, squirrel chases (optional), and peaceful sniffing sessions. I mostly work from home, so your furry friend will have plenty of company, cuddles, and calm vibes. I am most comfortable with pet-sitting in my apartment, your pet will have plenty of space to move around, and my own schedule can be modified to fit what your pet likes to do at different times of the day. I can take care of them with most everyday matters such as taking them for walks, playing with them, taking care of their food and basic grooming.

People say I’m warm, reliable, and fun to be around, especially the countless travelers I have hosted through Couchsurfing, so I’m no stranger to welcoming new personalities — whether two-legged or four-pawed.

So if you’re looking for someone who’ll treat your pet like family — and maybe discuss Finnish design with them — I’m your sitter. ☕🐾
